Ans: The software price does not includes CD. You will be given the link to download the software from the Internet. You can request for CD for additional cost.

Q3. Do you provide support by phone?
Ans: The software package includes only email support from AVG. However we can arrange for phone support package. Contact us for quotation or more details.

Q4. How can I request for support from AVG?
Ans: You will need to register your copy of AVG software.

Q5. Help !! I cannot install the software?
Ans: Please check with your System Administrator before installing the software. Previous virus and trojan infection could had already prevent your PC from installing the antivirus.
